It's amazing how much Hillary knows and understands the home buying/selling process.
I had a series of unfortunate personal/family issues that required me to sell my house quickly. Knowing I had to sell quickly, I fully expected I would have to accept the first offer and pray that I would just break even. Boy, was I wrong! Hillary quickly assembled her army of resources and in just 3 days I accepted 1 of the 5 offers Hillary and her team helped to secure. After signing the offer, I thought it would be clear sailing. Again, I was very wrong. Due to the difficult nature of my circumstances, we encountered several challenges throughout the closing process. Hillary met each challenge head-on. I couldn’t believe the network of resources she had at her fingertips to help navigate the obstacles that threatened to derail the closing. I am confident that without Hillary’s creative solutioning ability, strong network of resources, discretion, patience, and optimism that none of this would not have been possible.
